Club Meeting Notice: The next scheduled WARC meeting will be held on Thursday, January 21st at 7:30pm at the Comm Center at the corner of Burbank Rd. and Oldman Rd. in Wooster. Club repeater 147.210 will be monitored if you need directions. All amateurs and those interested in amateur radio are welcome. Contact club president Russ McQuate (K8RMC) for more information.
DX Cluster: Wooster now has a node for the KN8COQ DX Packet Cluster thanks to Goose, W8AV. The node frequency is 145.09 and the alias is WOODX. You can connect to it by typing either "C WOODX" or "C W8AV-7". It is linked to KN8COQ through an internet gateway. You can connect to KN8COQ after connecting to WOODX by typing "C KN8COQ".
DX Net: The WARC DX Group is sponsoring a weekly DX Net every Thursday on the 147.345 repeater (+ offset, 110.9 PL) beginning at 8:00 PM.WARC DX Group: The next WARC DX Group meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26th, 2010 @ 7:30pm at the home of John Bastin (K8AJS).
