Introducing vBoost - ValkyrieBoost (vBoost) allows you to temporarily experience download speeds that are significantly faster than our already fast high-speed wireless Internet speeds when you need it most.

In a nutshell, vBoost...

• Temporarily boosts your download speed - When extra bandwidth is available on Valkyrie's local high-speed network, you will experience a faster download at up to 4mbps.
• Utilizes a Unique Technology - vBurst! utilizes a technology integrated in Motorola's proprietary software to enable speed boosts on our high-speed wireless network.
• ...is FREE! - Available to wireless customers. It's automatically available at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who can get vBoost?
vBoost is available only to wireless high-speed customers and is automatically configured during installation of our wireless system. It is not available to dial-up, ISDN, or T1 customers.

How much does vBoost cost?
Nothing! When vBoost is available, it is automatically activated at no additional charge for wireless high-speed Internet customers.

How much boost can I use in a day, week, or month?
Customers are not limited to a certain number of boosts. Bursts will be granted as often as the customer downloads a large file and there is extra network capacity available.

How long does the boost last?
Each boost lasts for a few seconds typically. Essentially, the boost jumpstarts a large download and will automatically reduce the overall download time.
