- Identify your operating system, and software versions (example: Internet Explorer 6.0) before contacting support.

Support FAQ
Q) In general, my computer hasn't been acting right lately. Is there something I can do before calling support?
A) Yes. This is one of the most common calls we receive. Quite possibly all that's necessary is shutting down your computer for approximately one minute and restarting. Especially if your computer has been on for a long period of time (over a day). The longer your computer is turned on, the more errors you might have, or you'll notice performance to degrade. When in doubt just shut it down and restart.
Q) When I try to log-on it keeps saying my user name or password in incorrect. What's happening?
A) User names (account names;log-in names) need to be lowercase. Check to verify that your CAPS LOCK is not locked on. Remember that no spaces are allowed anywhere at anytime. If you're getting this error while checking email remember that you can only establish a connection with your primary account log-in name. "E-mail only" account names can't establish the connection. They can only be checked after you've made a connection. If you're sure the information you're entering is correct it could be a billing issue. Call billing to verify that your account is active.
