Dear Valkyrie Customer,

On February 24th, 2008 we will be upgrading our email servers in an effort to provide better spam filtering, virus filtering, and service reliability.  With this upgrade, a minor change will need to be implemented for each email account you may have.  You are now required to supply the full email address as your username when configuring your email client for checking mail. 

If your Valkyrie email address is johndoe@valkyrie.net, your email program will need to be configured to use johndoe@valkyrie.net as the username.  Your password will not change. 

Please keep in mind that on February 24th, 2008, you will be required to have made these changes to your current email program.  If the changes have not been made, you will receive error messages when attempting to check your email after February 23rd, 2008 and you will not be able to download your email.  This does not mean that you will not receive email, this simply means that you will not be able to retrieve the messages from our new servers.
