|
Dear Customer, In order to provide you with the same reliable, consistent, and affordable service, the team here at Valkyrie will be making system upgrades that will allow us to better service all of our dial-up customers. Note: These changes only apply to our existing dial-up customers. On Monday January, 21st we will be changing the access numbers in which you dial into the Internet. To help make the transition to the new access numbers as smooth as possible, we ask that you follow the directions below and make the appropriate changes for your dial-up connection. As always, we are here to help in any way possible. Should you need help making the necessary changes to your current dial-up connection, you may contact our office Monday between the hours of 9am-8pm. Technical
Support Numbers With the upgrade of the service, there are two primary changes that need to be made in your dial-up connection. If your username you use to dial into Valkyrie does not contain “@valkyrie.net”, you will need to append “@valkyrie.net” to it. If your username contains “@valkyrie.net”, this part of the dial-up connection is correct. The second change needed is the access number you will dial. This is the telephone number your computer will dial to authenticate your Valkyrie username and connect you to the internet upon successful authentication. The telephone numbers are listed below. Please make sure to choose a local number. If you have any questions, contact our technical support department. Please follow the directions for the appropriate operating system to make the needed dial-up changes. Note:
